City of Portage Water Utility Payment Update

City of Portage Utilities is pleased to announce the launch of our new Community Connect Portal! Please see the attached letter for instructions on how to get set up.

  • If you are a PSN customer, do not create a new payment for the June 22 due date. Your scheduled PSN payment will still process. After that, you may register in the new portal.
  • If you are a CITY ACH customer, your information will automatically transfer. Once you register, you will see that your auto‑pay is already set up.
